Amended Greer Fire Closure 05/29/2025
Amended May 29. Roads, trails and lands in the vicinity of the Greer Fire are closed. The purpose of this order is to provide for public health and safety during very high and extreme fire danger with very limited escape routes out of the affected area (see map).

Stage 2 Fire Restrictions Order
Due to dry conditions throughout the forests and increased fire danger, the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests have implemented Stage 2 Fire Restrictions, effective May 13, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.

Promontory Butte Closure
Roads, trails, and lands in the Promototy Butte area are closed. This order is to protect public health and safety during periods of high and extreme fire danger in areas with limited escape routes.
