Slim Fire Reforestation
This project is looking to plant up to 269 acres of trees in areas burned in the 2017 Slim Fire. 80 - 300 Ponderosa Pine seedlings per acre are proposed following broadcast burning and site prep, with Douglas-Fir also being planted in ravines.
