ENMR Fiber Extension - Gallinas Peak Project
ENMR has requested an amendment to their current special use permit to occupy approximately 0.05 acres of right-of-way for installation and maintenance of buried fiber optic cable to service a tower at the Gallinas Peak Communications Site.
