Mesa Trailhead
Current Conditions
Mesa Trailhead will be undergoing renovations starting October 5th to improve parking access and install new picnic tables. During construction, the trail will remain open, but parking may be limited.
Mesa Trail (trail #13) offers a scenic loop not far from the Water Canyon Recreation Area with stunning viewpoints. The trail traverses through a forest of pine, fir, and alligator juniper with vistas that gaze up South Baldy (10,784 feet) and Buck Peak (9,085 feet).
