Boise Basin Experimental Forest Project
The Forest Supervisor has signed the Decision Notice (DN) for the Boise Basin Experimental Forest Project (BBEF Project), authorizing activities analyzed in the Environmental Assessment / Finding of No Significant Impact (EA/FONSI). The EA/FONSI and DN are available here on the project website. This project includes vegetation treatments to achieve forest resiliency and restoration, reduce WUI fire hazard, and assess the effectiveness of those treatments to better inform future forest management decisions.
