Clear Creek Forest Health Project
The Forest Supervisor of the Boise National Forest has signed the Decision Notice for the Clear Creek Forest Health Project. The signed Decision implements actions described in the project Environmental Assessment, Finding of No Significant Impact (EA-FONSI), and Draft Decision Notice (Draft DN). This project meets the requirements as part of the insect and disease treatment program in accordance with Title VI, Section 602, of the Healthy Forests Restoration Act (HFRA), as amended by the Agricultural Improvement Acts of 2014 and 2018 (2014 and 2018 Farm Bills).
