Lambert Trailhead
The trailhead is located in a grassy saddle. The trail begins just up hill of the upper road which is blocked. This trail can be difficult to find, even from the trailhead. Parking for several cars is available and dispersed campsites are nearby. There is an information board with trail maps and a trail registration box. There is no outhouse.

Directions
From Republic, WA: Take highway 21 north approximately 11.6 miles to county road 546 (Lambert Creek). Turn right, and follow it approximately 7.5 miles. Near 6 miles the road changes to forest road 2156, another 0.5 miles and you will pass Lambert Horse Camp and Old Stage Trailhead. At 7.5 miles, turn left on to forest road 2156-300 and follow it approximately 2.0 miles to the trailhead.
