Little Twin Lakes

Little Twin Lakes totals 49 acres and is 27' deep. This secluded lake is excellent for kayaking and canoeing.

General Information

Formally known as Spruce Lakes, Little Twin Lakes offers seven campsites with picnic tables, fire pits, vaulted toilets, and tent pads. Drinking water and garbage disposal are not provided in this first come, first served campground. There is a boat launch and a dock in great condition.

Cutthroat trout are annually stocked and motorized boats are allowed. The lake can be accessed for fishing along the shore or by boat. Fishing methods include: fly, spin and bait. Two-pole fishing is allowed.

Little Twin Lakes is near Radar Dome and Clark Creek ORV trails. This system offers roughly 10 miles of forested terrain trails for experienced riders, open to motor bikes and ATV’s. 

A wide variety of wildlife can be observed here. You may see moose, bald eagles, herons, turtles, beaver(s), osprey, and many species of ducks, songbirds and migratory birds.

Directions

From Colville, WA:  Head north on N Maple St toward E 2nd Ave.  Turn right at the 2nd cross street onto WA-20 E/E 3rd Ave continue to follow WA-20 E for 12.1 miles.  Turn left onto Black Lake Rd/Little Twin Lakes Rd for 1.7 miles.  Turn right to stay on Black Lake Rd/Little Twin Lakes Rd for 3.2 miles.
