Cawood Picnic Area

Cawood Picnic Area is located just east of US 421 in Leslie County along a creek shaded by large hemlock trees. The site's amenities include parking, grills, picnic tables and horseshoe pits.

No Fees are required for this site.

Directions

From Harlan, take US 421 north for 12.2 miles to Forest Service Road 1624 (Cawood Branch Road). From Hyden, take US 421 south for 21.4 miles to Forest Service Road 1624 (Cawood Branch Road).
