GMNF Forest Plan Amendment #1: Reallocation of Management Areas
Amend the 2006 GMNF Land and Resource Management Plan (Forest Plan) to re-allocate Wilderness Study Areas, Remote Backcountry Forest, and Candidate Research Natural Areas Management Area (MA) remnants to other MAs as a result of the 2006 New England Wilderness Act. The Decision Appeal Period ends June 30, 2011.
