Repair and reopen Kelley Stand Road (Forest Highway 6) that was damaged by Tropical Storm Irene. Work includes road and bridge restoration, rock excavation, stream restoration and other activities on both NFS and private lands. A 30-day comment period ended on September 4, 2012. No comments of concern were received so there is no opportunity to appeal the decision.
