Reroute the Catamount Trail to the periphery of the Rickert Nordic Center trail system by constructed 2 short trail segments to seperate Catamount trail and Nordic Center trail users. The 30-day comment period ended on December 20, 2012. No comments of concern were received so there is no appeal opportunity.
