Maintenance of existing permanent open areas on the Middlebury and Rochester Ranger Districts, and Appalachian Trail Corridor by mowing, hand-cutting, chipping, and/or prescribed fire on 155 seperate sites for a total of about 1,309 acres. Scoping public comment period ended on May 4, 2014.
