Comments: Semi-desert grassland Savannah. Relation of physiography & soils to vegeation. Grasses in physically fine surface soild-shrubs most common in coarser soils. Light colored areas Curly mesquite, darker areas, grasses & Triodia, Shrubs have increased density due to past overgrazing. Grasses again progressing toward ultimate steps of succession.
