Comments: | (ONe of a # of photographs of check dams built by Airport C.C.C. Camp in Bloody Tanks Wash W. of Miami, AZ.) Above dam showing pool of water about 12ft. wide and 35 ft. long several ft. deep. In foreground is sand and gravel deposited by flood. This deposit extends upstream about 100ft. Under sand, water stands even with level of water in the pond. |
