| Comments: | Study Plot C-1-C at Black Springs. Photo point 2. SW to NE corner. This Sporobolus interruptus, Poa spp., weed type has developed afte 24 yrs. of protection. Bouteloua gracilis is scarce and Actinea richardsoni is practically absent. The soil is now stabilized but shows evidence of past sheet erosion. Timber is ponderosa pine of all ages. Flower stalks are mainly Koeleria cristata. |
