Comments: | Study plot C-2-C at Walnut Canyon Rd. Photo print 2. From SW to NE corner. Grass in light in dense pine-needle litter. Some Festuca arizonica and Poa spp. stalks showing. This plot under protection from grazing since 1912. Soil is very light and shallow (4-6 inches) and ovetops a limestone bench. |
