Comments: Woven wire check in Indian Springs Canyon construction of hogwire tied to steel fence posts. Lower part is faced with small mesh cicken wire. This checktraps leaves and fine litter which serves as check dam. This type of check workds well in oak woodland and chapparal areas where there is an abundance of broadleaf litter.
