Taken toward stake 60-19 from a point 0.40 chains S81E of stake. Stand of 6"-8" spruce with a few pine. Overstory of small white birch was deteriorating even before area was poisoned. Cutting was very light in this area. G. Lavoy in photo. After 1955 cut.
