The Hoosier National Forest Forest has two public offices - an office in Bedford, Indiana for operations in the northern part of the Forest in south-central Indiana, as well as an office in Tell City, Indiana for Forest operations in more southern areas of the state.
Hoosier National Forest - Bedford Office

The Hoosier National Forest Supervisor's Office shares operations with the Brownstown Ranger District in Bedford, Indiana. This office contains administration responsibility for the entire Forest, as well as day to day management responsibility in the Northern half of the forest, north of Paoli and west to Loogootee known as the Pleasant Run and Lost River Units.

Hoosier National Forest - Tell City Office

The Tell City office of the Hoosier National Forest is home to the Tell City Ranger District and the offices of the Indiana Interagency Coordination Center (fire). The Tell City Ranger District manages the Patoka and Tell City Units - the two most Southern Districts of the Hoosier.
