A grade-schooler presses leaves into a scrapbook to learn about trees. A high schooler runs a cross-country race through a landscape that begs more understanding. The new owner of a woodlot reads up on trees, or visits with a forester, or goes to a workshop on forestry for bird habitat. Learning comes in many ways, and so does the education we offer.
