Brown Mountain Campground
This campground hosts seven sites along the beautiful Wood River. The ghost town of Kirwin is located 9 miles west (rough road, 4-wheel drive recommended).
Stay limit is 16 days.
Maximum spur length is 16 feet, with the exception of one spur of 40 feet.
Food storage is required in this campground - be prepared to store your food properly. Bear boxes available.
No garbage collection, pack it in, pack it out

Directions
From Cody, WY take State Highway 120 south to Meeteetse, 32 miles. Take State Highway 290 west of Meeteetse 7 miles to County Road 4DT (Wood River Road). Follow the Wood River Road to Forest Road 200, which begins at the national forest boundary. The campground is 3 miles west of the boundary.
