Philmont Scout Ranch Bike Trail and Access Reroute
*Modfied project* Approx. 3 miles of new bike trail, rerouting of approx. 2,500 feet of exisiting trail, rerouting camp access to Forest Road 1921 and stabilization and obliteration of approx 2,900 feet of FR 1921A. Amend exiting permit. The modified project provides access to the Whitman Vega Camp, returns a portion of 1921A to a more natural state, and would result in fewer potential impacts than the original proposal.
