Kit Carson Electric Cooperative (KCEC) Fiber-optic Proposal
On January 4, 2013, Ricardo Martinez, acting for Forest Supervisor Juan E. Sanchez, signed a Decision Memo for the Kit Carson Electric Cooperative (KCEC) Fiber-optic Project on the Carson National Forest. The decision authorizes KCEC to construct a new fiber-optic network on the existing KCEC electrical distribution system and within existing rights-of-way on the Carson National Forest.
