Taos Ski Valley Sutton Place Utility Installation and Culvert Replacement
To install gas, electric, communication, sewer, and stormwater lines in a joint utility trench within the roadbed of Sutton Place. Also to remove four existing substandard culverts under Sutton Place and to replace them with three larger culverts.
