Hiking
Roughly 800 miles of trails are available across the Forest and Grasslands for visitors to explore. There is a selection of short trail segments, interpretive trails, loop trails, summit trails, long distance trails, national scenic trails, and more. Be aware of your abilities and choose the best trail for you. Remember to follow the Leave No Trace principles while hiking in the National Forest and National Grasslands and be courteous to others.
