Ladybug Trailhead

The Ladybug Trailhead is located in stands of mixed conifers from which the setting changes gradually. This is the trailhead for Ladybug #329 and Bear Canyon #299. A spur trail to Ladybug Peak is accessible from Ladybug #329 less than one mile from the trailhead. No fee or pass required to park at this location. 

No water, toilets, or trashcans are available at this trailhead. Pack out all trash.

Directions

From Safford, Arizona: Take US 191 south for 6 miles. Turn right onto AZ 366/Swift Trail and travel approximately 17 miles. The trailhead is on the left side of the road.

From Tucson, Arizona: Take I-10 east for 90 miles. Take exit 352 for US 191, and turn left toward Safford. Drive 26.3 miles north and turn left on AZ 366/Swift Trail. Drive approximately 17 miles. The trailhead is on the left side of the road.
