Sewage Spill Impacting Recreation Sites in the Jemez Ranger District

Due to a recent sewage spill in the Jemez River, water is temporarily shut off at the Vista Linda campground. There is currently no fishing, swimming, or drinking water available until further notice at the sites affected. Signs will be posted at the fishing access points in the lower Jemez River.
