The Energy Loop: Huntington & Eccles Canyons NSB

Whatever the season, the views are breathtaking on The Energy Loop - the Huntington and Eccles Canyons National Scenic Byway (NSB). The route is rich with the history of mining and energy production. Outstanding recreation opportunities abound. There are numerous interpretive sites along the byway, including the recovery site of a 9,500 year-old mammoth skeleton. The National Scenic Byway can be accessed from SR-10 at Huntington, US-89 at Fairview, and US-6 at Colton.
