Forest Plan Evaluation and Monitoring

The goal of Forest Plan monitoring is to determine what is working well and what is not, and to help identify what changes are needed in management direction or monitoring methods.
The Forest implements an integrated series of weed treatment practices that eradicate, reduce, and/or slow the spread of noxious and invasive non-native populations of weeds.
Roadless areas are on lands that are managed by the Forest Service to preserve the undeveloped character. Roadless areas feature large areas of undisturbed soil, water, and forest vegetation. Undisturbed landscapes are important to conserving biological diversity and providing ecological services. Learn more here!
