This proposal is to replace 19 deteriorated wood poles with light-weight steel poles on the Borel-Isabella-KR3-Lakegen-Weldon and Borel-Havilah-Loraine-Monolith-Walker Basin 66kV transmission lines, in the Lower and Upper Kern River Canyon.
