This project addresses watershed improvement in three meadows (Upper Parker, Lower Parker, Packsaddle) on Western Divide RD and five meadows (Little Horse, Powell, Granite Knob, Little Troy, Troy) on Kern River RD.

The four WDRD meadows occur in the headwaters of the North Fork of the Kern River, west side of the river. The six KRRD meadows occur in the South Fork of the Kern River headwaters.
