Tip Top Campground

Current Conditions
Visitors should be prepared for rapidly changing weather conditions. Pack it in/Pack it out. Anything take home anything you bring with you into the forest, including all trash. Examples of trash: cigarette butts, cans, bottles, and food.

Tip Top Campground is a small peaceful campground located not far from Delintment Lake Campground.  This 3 site campground has been newly renovated with new restrooms, picnic tables and fire rings.  Except for the last mile, the road access to Tip Top is paved from Burns, Oregon.

Check in: 2:00 p.m.; Check-out: 12:00 p.m.; Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

Overnight Use:
Single Site: $6 per night
Additional Vehicle Fee: $3 per vehicle per day

$6/Night for single unit, $3/Night for extra vehicle

Directions

From Burns, OR., travel west on US Highway 20 to the junction with the Burns-Izee Road 127 Forest Road 47.  Turn right onto County Road 127/Forest Road 47 at the sign for Yellowjacket Lake and Delintment Lake.  Follow County Road 127/Forest Road 47 approximately 11.8 miles to the junction with Forest Road 41.  Follow Forest Road 41 approximately 27 miles, turn left to stay on Forest Road 41.  Follow Forest Road 41 approximately 5.8 miles to the junction with Forest Road 800.  Turn left onto Forest Road 800.  Follow Forest Road 800 0.5 miles the campground will be on the right.
