Legal Location of project: T. 28 N., R. 3 W., Sec. 3-6, 10, 14, 15, 23, and 24; T. 29 N., R. 3 W., Sec. 29- 33; T. 29 N., R. 4 W., Sec. 19-30, and 33; Willamette Meridian.
