How to Obtain a Pass and Hang Tag

The Supervisor's Office in Jackson, Mississippi does not sell passes or permits.
Special passes for the National Forests in Mississippi:
- Mississippi Adventure Pass
- Mississippi Annual Forest-wide OHV Pass
- America the Beautiful - The National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass
Anyone can receive a 50% discount on any National Forests in Mississippi Pass if you already have the following passes listed below:
- Interagency Senior Pass
- Interagency Access Pass
- Golden Age Passport
- Golden Access Passport

Available Passes
- The Adventure pass costs $50 and it includes unlimited day use in certain recreation areas across the forest for one year.
- Recreation areas include picnic areas, swim beaches, and boat launches.
What is NOT covered
- Fees for overnight use.
- Fees to reserve a picnic pavilion.
- Fees in other national forests across the United States

Mississippi Annual Forest-wide OHV Pass costs $60 and allows the use of trails open to vehicles less than or equal to 50" wide.
- OHV refers to an off highway vehicle
- Please look at the official Motor Vehicle Use Map or each National Forest for detailed trail information.
- Motorized Vehicle trails close when conditions are wet to prevent trail damage and erosion into streams.
- Check the status of your favorite trail before you arrive.
