The Hoosier is proposing to issue a special use permit to Friends of Lake Monroe, Inc. to place two informational signs within the road right-of-way in Monroe County and Lawrence County to advise motorists they are entering the Monroe Lake watershed.

One sign would be placed along Tower Ridge Road, at the intersection of Hickory Ridge Road. The other would be placed on Hickory Grove Road, east of Horse Camp Road.
