Water Improvement Structures

Install additional ground water wells and habitat watering site within ten existing grazing allotments on the east side of the Midewin east of State Route 53. Adding these additional watering sites will provide more surface water for terrestrial, wetland, and aquatic wildlife, while also providing an additional source of water for livestock. Creating alternative water options improve existing and future grazing allotments and develop better grazing management practices for grassland bird habit.
