Final rule repeals the 2020 Alaska Roadless Rule, reinstating application of 2001 Roadless Rule on the Tongass NF. A Determination of NEPA Adequacy was completed to utilize Final Environmental Impact Statement for 2020 Alaska Roadless Rule.
