Refunds must be applied for in writing to the office which issued the permit prior to 10 days before the reserved date. The original permit must accompany the written request. One change in picnic shelter reservation date may be granted if requested before the above-stated 10 day period. See FSH 6509.14 RO supplement 95-2 sec. 154 for procedure.
