Ella Lake Trailhead

The Ella Lake trail is 2.8 miles long and is constructed of hand-split rustic boardwalk or natural tread. The trail begins in temperate rainforest and then moves through muskegs and grassy meadows, interspersed with small forested segments. The final .75 mile of the trail moves into the old-growth forest and parallels Ella Creek to Lower Ella Lake. Be aware that after approximately 2 miles the trail tread disappears and follows the creek bed.
