Honker Lake Cabin

A Pan Abode cedar log cabin (12' x 12') providing shelter along the Honker Divide Canoe Route. Located on the shore of Honker Lake, the cabin sits amidst gently rolling hills in an old growth spruce, hemlock, and cedar forest. The understory is dense with huckleberry and salmonberry bushes. Abundant wildlife viewing with waterfowl, especially Canada geese, Sitka black-tailed deer, black bear, and wolves. Good fishing for cutthroat, rainbow, Dolly Varden; some coho and sockeye salmon. Scenic paddling in lake and along the Honker Divide Canoe Route. Hike extensively along lake's edge. Cabin sleeps up to 6, wood stove (wood not guaranteed), axe, maul, and splitting wedges, rowboat (flotation devices not provided.) Bring your own personal flotation devices, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, cooking stove, lantern, pots, pans, plates, utensils, food, toilet paper, garbage bags, and fire starter. It's a good idea to bring your own water.
