| Comments: | Coconino Sample Plot S5; Taken 20' behind corner C3, Plot S5II (C). Area fenced in 1919. Shows fine stand of seedlings established since cutting. Note vigor of seedlings in stump patch. These are 1919 seedlings. The large seedling was there at time of plot establishment and is barely discernible in the original photo of 1913. Note also how grass has recovered since area was fenced.
