Comments: Coconino Sample Plot S3A; Excellent 1919 reproduction of ponderosa pine inside fence, Sample Plot S3-A, Kaibab National Forest. Immediately outside the fence the stocking is fair but uneven and the seedlings are only about one-fourth as numerous as inside. The damage was done mainly in 1920.
