| Comments: | Coconino Sample Plot S3; Wing Mtn Sample Plot. Group of "yellow pines" after 2nd cutting by improvement selection metod. Original group contained 17 trees, 11 of which were removed in 1909. The stump marked with lg. white card was a 30 inch tree cut i 1939; small cards mark stumps of 1909 cutting. All but the smallest tree at extreme right have a surface clear log. |
