| Comments: | Range study plot C-1-0. At Black Springs. Photo point 3. SE to NW corner. Sporobolus interruptus predominates. Bouteloua gracilis, Aristida fendleriana, and Actinea richardsoni have increased due to heavy grazing use while Poa Spp., Koeleria cristata, Festuca arizonica, and Muglenbergia montana hve given way to numerous annual and perennial weeds. The area is used as a sheep driveway and Sporobolus interruptus is grazed to 1" or less at this time. Timber is ponderosa pine of all ages. |
