Comments: | Range Study plot C-1-C at Black Springs. Photo point 1. SE to NW corner. This Sporobolus interruptus, Poa spp., week type has developed after 24yrs. of protection. Bouteloua gracilis is scarce and Actinua richardsoni is practically absent. The soil in now stabilized but shows evidence of past sheet erosion. Timber is ponderosa pine of all ages. Flower stalks are mainly Koeleria cristata. |
