Comments: Old Winona burn in juniper. Burned over area was reported in 1902 survey by Leiberg. Slow rate of reinvasion by juniper indicates a low maintenance cost for areas where juniper is thoroughly eradicated by mechanical means. Where rabbitbrush is released it may hinder full release of grass. Compare with 503464.
