| Comments: | Coconino Sample Plot S3; Group 18, Wing Mountain Sample Plot, after cutting in 1939 by method Favoring Subordinates. The largest tree in center is 22 inches d.b.h., has dead limbs 2" to 3" in diameter, and is too large for pruning. The smaller trees to left, 9-16" d.b.h., have small limbs and are well adapted to pruning; white spots show where limbs have been removed. |
