Comments: Coconino Sample Plot S3; Coconino Sample Plot S-3. Enclosure 33a, near Wing Mountain. The area within this enclosure has not been grazed since 1909 and there is an excellent stand of weeds and grass within and reproduction is becoming established. The outside has been heavily overgrazed by sheep and the vegetation left is mainly bunchgrass, pingue, senecio, and lupine. None of which are more palatable than pine seedlings. Damage to reproduction is heavy on the outside.
