| Comments: | Cooperrider-Cassidy study. Sheep damage from bed ground on LeBaron range. Damage early. Growth beyond bud stage on plant damaged in June. Adventitious growth springs from 1927 growth. Leader completely taken. Differentiation between 1927 and 1928 growth can be made from very papery white leaf sheathes of 1928 growth. Injury complete to leader grazed. The 1927-28 point of growth falls in general on all twigs about on line with arc drawn through the point of injury. |
